Terms Effective 4 November 2026

BudgetPad

BudgetPad
Terms of Service.

The terms for using BudgetPad: your licence, how it is sold, what is yours, and our responsibilities.

Plain-language terms for BudgetPad. How it handles data is in its privacy policy.

01Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Evolvo Softs about using BudgetPad. By installing or using the app you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

The terms of the store you got it from also apply: Google Play or the Amazon Appstore. For payments and refunds, the store’s terms come first.

02Your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use BudgetPad on devices you own or control, as the store you got it from allows.

BudgetPad — its code, design, artwork, sounds and text — remain ours or our licensors’. You may not copy, sell, rent or redistribute the app, remove copyright notices, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows you to.

03Price and purchases

BudgetPad is a one-time purchase on Google Play or the Amazon Appstore. The store shows the price before you buy, and it can differ by country. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases or ads.

Payments are taken and refunded by the store you bought from, under its own rules — see Google Play’s refund policy. If a purchase did not work, email us and we will help put it right.

04About BudgetPad

  • BudgetPad helps you keep track of money. It is not financial, tax or investment advice, and the decisions you make with it are yours.
  • Your entries stay on your device, so keep backups of the records you need.

05Your content

What you create or import in BudgetPad stays on your device and belongs to you. We do not receive it, so we claim no rights in it — and we cannot restore it if it is lost. Keep backups of anything important, and only import material you have the right to use.

06Fair use

Use the app lawfully. Do not use it to infringe anyone’s rights, invade their privacy, harass people or break the law, and do not try to get around purchase checks or interfere with how it works.

07Stores and third parties

Google, Amazon and Apple run their stores and handle payments; support for the app comes from us. Services the app uses are listed in our privacy policy, websites you open are covered by their own terms, and open-source components keep their own licences.

08Updates and availability

We keep improving the app and may add, change or remove features. Install updates to get fixes. If we stop offering an app in a store, a copy you bought keeps working on your device for as long as the store and your device allow.

09No guarantees

We work hard to make BudgetPad reliable, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we do not promise it will be free of errors, always available or fit for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law — for example, that an app you paid for matches its description.

10Our liability

As far as the law allows, Evolvo Softs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim about the app is limited to what you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim.

These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11Ending these terms

You can stop at any time by uninstalling the app. Your licence ends automatically if you break these terms. The parts about your content, guarantees, liability and law still apply afterwards.

12Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Evolvo Softs is established. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.

If something goes wrong, please email us first — most problems can be put right quickly.

13Changes to these terms

When these terms change we update the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we show a notice in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
