- Permissions
- Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct and local network, so nearby devices find each other and transfer directly. No internet connection is used for transfers.
- Location, because Android requires it to scan for nearby Wi-Fi devices on some versions. DropEm does not read or store where you are.
- Camera, only to scan a connection QR code. The image is read on the device and never saved or sent.
- Photos, videos, music, files and contacts, only for what you choose to send, receive or clone.

01Who we are
Evolvo Softs is an independent studio making apps and games for Android phones, tablets and TVs, and Saybold for iPhone and iPad. This policy covers every app we publish on Google Play and the App Store, and the 35 titles we publish on the Amazon Appstore as Game Bytes.
Each app also has its own section that lists exactly what it collects, what stays on your device and which permissions it uses.
02What we collect
Most of our apps collect nothing. None of them asks you to create an account, and the files, songs, documents and settings you make stay on your device.
Our free apps with ads or analytics (Saybold, Ultimate Drift, Tabby D and Simple Vault) use Google services that may receive:
- your device’s advertising ID;
- device details such as model, Android version and language;
- your approximate region (country level), worked out from your IP address;
- crash logs, diagnostics and which features you use, where an app says so in its section.
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write.
On iPhone and iPad, if you choose to share analytics with app developers in iOS settings, Apple may send us crash reports and usage statistics that do not identify you. Apple controls that sharing, and you can turn it off at any time.
We never collect your name, contacts or precise location, the content you create in our apps, or anything you keep in a vault.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

06Permissions
Our apps only ask for the permissions a feature needs, and each app’s section explains why. You can turn any permission off at any time in your device’s Settings → Apps (on iPhone and iPad, Settings → Saybold).
07Security
Network traffic uses HTTPS/TLS, Simple Vault encrypts its files with AES, Saybold encrypts the backups you export, and the Android and iOS app sandboxes keep each app’s data private. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we use reasonable measures to protect the information in our control.
08How long we keep it
- Data on your device stays until you delete it, clear the app’s data or uninstall the app.
- Firebase Analytics data is kept by Google under its default settings: 2 months for user-level data, 14 months for events.
- Advertising identifiers follow the ad network’s own retention policy.
- Support emails are kept for up to 24 months.
09Children
Colorini is made for children aged 2 to 8. It collects no data, shows no ads, has no links out of the app and does not request internet access, and we follow the Google Play Families Policy for it. Our other apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
10Your rights and choices
- Access, correction and deletion. Email us and we will reply within 30 days.
- Personalized ads. Reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads on some devices).
- Permissions. Revoke any permission in Settings → Apps, or Settings → Saybold on iPhone and iPad.
- Subscriptions. Manage or cancel them in Google Play, the Amazon Appstore or your Apple Account settings.
- Everything on your device. Uninstalling an app removes the data it stored.

evolvosofts.com uses no cookies, analytics or tracking scripts, and serves its fonts and images itself. Like any web host, our server may keep standard logs (IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting. Links to Google Play, the App Store and the Amazon Appstore take you to sites with their own policies.
12Changes to this policy
When this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we show a notice in the app.
