01Who we are

Evolvo Softs is an independent studio making apps and games for Android phones, tablets and TVs. This policy covers every app we publish on Google Play, and the 24 titles we publish on the Amazon Appstore as Game Bytes.

Each app also has its own section that lists exactly what it collects, what stays on your device and which permissions it uses.

02What we collect

Most of our apps collect nothing. None of them asks you to create an account, and the files, songs, documents and settings you make stay on your device.

Our free apps with ads or analytics (Ultimate Drift, Tabby D and Simple Vault) use Google services that may receive:

• your device’s advertising ID;
• device details such as model, Android version and language;
• your approximate region (country level), worked out from your IP address;
• crash logs, diagnostics and which features you use, where an app says so in its section.

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write.

We never collect your name, contacts or precise location, the content you create in our apps, or anything you keep in a vault.

• To understand which features people use, and to find and fix crashes.
• To answer your messages.
• To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

04Who we share it with

• Service providers. Google processes the data above for the apps that use its ads and analytics, under its own privacy policy.
• Legal requests. We may disclose information when the law, a court order or the safety of our users requires it.
• Business transfers. If Evolvo Softs is part of a merger or acquisition, information may transfer with the apps.

06Permissions

Our apps only ask for the permissions a feature needs, and each app’s section explains why. You can turn any permission off at any time in your device’s Settings → Apps.

07Security

Network traffic uses HTTPS/TLS, Simple Vault encrypts its files with AES, and Android’s app sandbox keeps each app’s data private. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we use reasonable measures to protect the information in our control.

08How long we keep it

• Data on your device stays until you delete it, clear the app’s data or uninstall the app.
• Firebase Analytics data is kept by Google under its default settings: 2 months for user-level data, 14 months for events.
• Advertising identifiers follow the ad network’s own retention policy.
• Support emails are kept for up to 24 months.

09Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10Your rights and choices

• Access, correction and deletion. Email us and we will reply within 30 days.
• Personalized ads. Reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads on some devices).
• Permissions. Revoke any permission in Settings → Apps.
• Everything on your device. Uninstalling an app removes the data it stored.

evolvosofts.com uses no cookies, analytics or tracking scripts, and serves its fonts and images itself. Like any web host, our server may keep standard logs (IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting. Links to Google Play and the Amazon Appstore take you to sites with their own policies.

12Changes to this policy

When this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we show a notice in the app.
